Step 1

We will source and secure investment properties that fit our criteria and plan how to create a high end co-living space.

Step 2

A comprehensive investment pack will be sent to short and long term investors on our database. This will outline the project details and projected returns.

Step 3

Once fully funded we will start the development process using our team of property professionals and project managers.

Step 4

We work with lenders to refinance the property at it’s new Gross Development Value to reduce any risk to our investor and ensure a maximum gain on their return.
