Good Intentions is a five-person shared living space for working professionals, located in the south of Birmingham, Northfield. With planning approval for five luxury rooms and a social area, we’ve created a small community where our members can find the perfect balance between private space and social interaction.

DESIGN-LED

Good Intentions is a newly developed type of shared accommodation in Birmingham by Milliard Homes. Following successful planning approval, a tired family dwelling was transformed into a high-end luxury shared house, set back from Bristol Road South with off-road parking. Each studio is carefully designed with the end user in mind, offering luxurious yet functional rooms. Members have access to a shared open-plan kitchen for social engagement and a clean outdoor space for summer barbecues and drinks. The planning gain on this property allowed for a change of use from a residential house to a 5 person shared house.
